We had looked at various packages and I myself had engaged with a Coaching company who kindly referred me to Donna and RDS Business Management Ltd. The work we have done so far has been invaluable and the journey is ongoing. We needed to look at our Sales Strategy and offering as a reaction to the Covid 19 situation. Despite uncertainty we believed that investing in re-evaluating our own Sales and Marketing strategy was a priority. Donna and the team’s approach really has been a breath of fresh air, bringing a real positive energy to the team. This isn’t always an easy task when we have staff working remotely, but the ‘buzz’ and energy really started to show through from Donna’s first session with the teams. We have opted for the training/external management to be ongoing and there are tailored sessions being developed to suit our requirements.
