Requirement
Looking to find a system to replace the current booking system, which:
allows for more detailed data management and reporting capabilities
less manual processing
ease of use for the end user
bespoke system with multiple user access
individual user accounts with complex user criteria for bookings
payment management/link with accounting/invoicing
visually in line with the company culture
We had started to run our own research on the products available to us ‘off the shelf’ and had not found anything that we really believed could fulfil our full requirement, although would still potentially offer us around 70% of what we were looking to achieve. As this is not our area of expertise the research became quite a time consuming and, at times, confusing exercise! We also found that we were being approached by several sales professionals who would all deem their offering to be the best, without giving us the fullest market information and advice.
